Office 365 apps
Delve
Delve works on both your computer and on mobile units. Delve points you towards information in Office 365 that could be relevant to you. Delve displays your most frequently used documents regardless of where they are stored in Office 365, information about your colleagues and documents they’ve shared that you have permission to see. You can pin documents as favorites.
CRM Dynamics
With the smart functions of Dynamics, you can develop business processes and engage your customers.
Excel
With Excel you can create both simple and advanced spreadsheets and reports. The online version has the most important functions, and with the client version you have all functions available.
Flow
Flow increases productivity by creating automatic workflows between web apps and services. You can also connect to local data sources. Flows consist of services, triggers, actions and conditions in combination with more advanced structures such as loops. Examples of flows are alerts, copying files automatically, collecting data and approval processes.
Forms
Using Forms, you can quickly create surveys and questionnaires. You can assign different weight to different questions, give comments, mark answers as correct or incorrect and insert multimedia. Answers are displayed in real time and can be published and exported.
OneDrive
OneDrive lets you store and share your files online and you will access them anywhere as long as you are connected. You can also synchronize files and folders to your computer to access them offline.
OneNote
OneNote is your digital notebook. It is set up like a folder with tabs, where each tab contains a number of pages. You can write, draw, format and insert different types of objects. You can also share notebooks with colleagues.
Outlook, Calendar and Tasks These apps are visible as separate symbols in the app launcher. If you open one of them, you will be able to reach the other two from the same window.
People
The People app is for organizing contact information. Contacts are grouped after which people you contact often, which ones are in your calendar and which ones you mark as favorites or choose to follow.
Planner
Planner lets you create plans for different projects, organize and assign tasks and share files. You can follow up plans using tables, charts or time lines.
Power BI
With Power Bi you can visualize any data and create dynamic and engaging dashboards which can be shared across your organization.
PowerApps
PowerApps creates mobile apps and web apps to access your organization’s data.
PowerPoint
PowerPoint online lets you create presentations with text, pictures, multimedia, animations and slide shows. The desktop version contains even more functions.
SharePoint
SharePoint is a powerful tool for sharing information in your organization through different sites and groups. Your team site can contain news feeds, document libraries, lists, chats and links to files and web sites.
Stream
Stream is for sharing videos in your organization, for example company presentations or training videos. You can use hash tags, thumb nails, comments, create channels and use permissions.
Sway
Sway lets you quickly and easily create professional presentations, reports and news letters with text, images and video which are accessed online.
You can start from scratch or use an existing Word document or PowerPoint presentation. Sway will help you with the layout. Sway presentations can be viewed on the phone, surf pad or computer and are automatically adapted for these different formats. You can work simultaneously with your colleagues on a Sway presentation and easily share them with others either on your web site, through a link or using social media.
Teams
Teams is a chat-based workspace for collaboration where you and your team have access to everything you need in Office 365. Teams is also available as a desktop app and for mobile units. Teams is a hub for different parts of Office 365, such as a chat, calendar, notebook, document library, Sway or PowerPoint presentation, Stream channel and much more.
Video
You can upload and share your own videos and search for other people’s. Films can be organized into different channels. Videos can eg. be used for training (why not in Office 365) or for onboarding.
Word
Word online lets you use the most important functions of Word. With the desktop version you have access to all of Word’s functionality.
Yammer
Yammer is your organization’s social platform which helps you and the people you work with to collaborate in different groups. You can create external groups to share information with people outside your organization. Yammer is very similar to Facebook, with the difference that information and groups are work oriented.
You can take part in conversations, follow people and groups, share and praise. Yammer can be used on any mobile unit.
